Once your order ships, IKARAO sends an email containing the tracking number. Copy that number, open 17TRACK and paste it into the tracking field.

Carrier updates may take time to appear. Check the carrier’s own information.

Split packages

Multiple items may ship separately. Receiving one package does not necessarily mean the rest are missing.
